Sarim Aziz is the Director of Public Policy for South Central Asia at Meta, where he leads strategic engagement on technology policy, regulation, and platform governance across the region. A recognized expert in digital technologies, sociopolitical dynamics and digital economy growth, Sarim has been with Meta since 2016, where he also spearheaded major platform integrations and product partnerships globally. He previously served as Vice-Chair of the Asia Internet Coalition (AIC), a leading industry association representing the world’s foremost internet and technology companies in navigating ICT policy challenges across the Asia Pacific. Before joining Meta, Sarim held senior leadership roles at BlackBerry and Hootsuite, bringing deep experience at the intersection of innovation, policy, and market expansion. Currently, his work is focused on emerging policy issues tied to AI, privacy, security, and inclusive digital transformation

Digital Transformation (DX) specialist with over 17+ years of experience in corporate management, strategy formulation & implementation, process optimization, software development, governance and change management with experience in working across multicultural environments and countries (Sri Lanka, US and UK). Public sector experience include the heading of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka providing regulatory oversight for the telecommunications industry in Sri Lanka as a former Director General as well as heading the Information & Communication Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) as a former Chairman / CEO which is the apex Digital Transformation Agency (GovTech) of Sri Lanka and a former director of CERT, Sri Lanka's apex Cyber Security Agency.

Mr. Oshada Senanayake is a Board Director at Brandix and a Non-Executive Independent Director at Ceylinco Life PLC. He is the former Chairman of the ICTA and Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka. As part of his national service, he launched the "Connect Sri Lanka Project," which aimed for 100% 4G and fiber broadband coverage across the country. He also initiated Starlink Services in Sri Lanka in engagement with SpaceX. His work has contributed to Sri Lanka's ranking of 8th globally for the most affordable mobile broadband services and 20th for fixed broadband. In the private sector, Senanayake previously headed Pyxle, an IT solutions company, and was instrumental in its merger with Tavistock Group. He has extensive experience in the IT sector, having worked with Fortune 100 clientele in the US and Europe. He holds an MBA from AIB Australia and a Bachelor’s from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle and recently was awarded the most Outstanding Alumnus award by the Oxford College of Business. Mr. Oshada is also a visiting lecturer for University of Bedfordshire at the Oxford School of Business for post graduate, MBA students and shares his knowledge of areas of Strategic Management, Digital Marketing & IT Governance.

Mr. Wong Onn Chee brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the cyber Security field. He is currently the CEO of Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity (Pvt) Ltd. His profound expertise includes information leakage protection, web and cloud security, security architecture, and security strategy. A recognized innovator, Mr. Onn Chee is also one of the co-inventors for at least six international PCT patent rights, besides several US, EU, and Singapore patents. His professional experience includes conducting security assessments for major nationwide IT systems in Singapore, including critical information infrastructure for the transport industry. He has also been a leader in data breach incident response, performing forensics and providing technical advisory to regulators for high-profile cases.

A seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity Services. Currently serving as Chief Technical Strategy Officer for a Value-Added Security Solutions Distributor, he specializes in identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions to address complex security challenges. With expertise in Information Security, Security Operating Centers, Data Centers, and compliance with security regulations, He effectively communicates technical requirements to stakeholders and drives the successful delivery of critical projects. He has led initiatives in Data Loss Prevention and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) for major banks and financial institutions in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. A graduate of the University of Wolverhampton, He is committed to advancing organizational security postures through the integration of AI and cloud technologies, fostering collaboration among teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
